Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our CRM team. You’ll be the one making our emails and in-app messages visually clear, beautiful, and consistent so it’s easier and more enjoyable for users to interact with our product.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital communications: emails, banners, and in‑app visuals.

• Solid skills in Figma: working with layers and components, creating clean, polished layouts.

• Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, and color — you know how to highlight what matters using simple tools.

• Ability to create simple icons and interface elements: schematic shapes, infographics, pictograms.

• Curiosity about visualizing health data — heart rate, sleep, stress, activity — and turning it into stories people can easily understand.

• Openness to feedback, willingness to ask questions, and eagerness to suggest improvements.

Nice to have:

• Interest in AI tools (like Midjourney).

• Curiosity about how design influences metrics (CTR, engagement).

Responsibilities

• Design banners and visuals for email campaigns and in‑app messages — from onboarding flows and stories to personalized collections and notifications.

• Turn health data (heart rate, sleep, stress) into visuals that feel clear and friendly, not just dry numbers.

• Maintain and evolve the visual style of CRM communications so that our emails and messages are instantly recognizable and look polished.

• Work closely with the CRM marketing team: brainstorm ideas, test new approaches, and launch campaigns that bring users back to the product.

• Experiment: explore fresh visual solutions, try out AI tools, and see how they impact results.
