What You’ll Do

Creating engaging graphic ads for digital marketing campaigns (focus on Meta)
Working closely with creative marketing managers to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive
Using AI generative platforms to create new advertising materials
Collaborating with other team members, such as motion designers, user acquisition manager etc. if needed
Exploring and adopting new generative tools and staying updated on design software improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy meetings
Meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience creating ad creatives.
A strong eye for design and a deep understanding of current graphic design trends.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with AI generative tools (Midjourney, Sora, etc.)
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to market trends.
English level - B1+ minimum

⭐️ Bonus Points

Experience with mobile marketing materials and previous work in marketing agencies
Basic motion design skills
The ability to draw (illustration skills)
Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics
