Go/PHP Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Go + PHP) to build high-load back-office and analytics services in a microservices architecture.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and scale services with a focus on stability and performance

• Participate in architectural design — from evaluating business requirements to defining service boundaries and technologies

• Build back-office and analytics services: reporting, billing/payments, accounting, data aggregation and processing

• Integrate with external systems and internal platforms to ensure reliable data exchange

• Implement high-performance APIs (REST, gRPC, WebSocket) for internal and external consumers

• Work within Kubernetes environments (readiness/liveness probes, graceful shutdowns), collaborating with DevOps on releases

• Optimize performance across the stack — from databases to microservice communication

• Follow engineering best practices: testing, code reviews, metrics/logs/tracing

  What we expect:

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience

• Strong skills in Go and PHP

• Experience designing and developing microservice architectures

• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) and performance tuning under high load

• Understanding of communication protocols (REST, gRPC, WebSocket)

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Confident use of Docker for local development

• Ability to read and improve existing code
  
  Nice to have:

• Python for integrations, analytics, or scripting

• Experience with financial or analytics systems (billing, reporting, accounting, compliance)

• Proven experience optimizing high-load systems

• Skills in task estimation and planning
