General QA Engineer (Mobile Automation)

As a General QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of testing activities: Test Cases design and Manual Testing (~20%), developing and maintaining automated testing scripts (~80%), to ensure the quality of our software products.

You will work closely with development and other QAs to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications (Android/ iOS)

• Create and implement a mobile test automation framework from scratch, including architecture, tooling selection, and best practices

• Build scalable automation frameworks and reusable test components for long-term maintainability

• Execute automated mobile regression suites, analyze failures, and ensure reliable test results

• Validate mobile-specific functionality

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test strategy and acceptance criteria

• Report defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and supporting evidence

• Support CI/CD automation execution and continuous improvement of mobile test pipelines

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in QA automation (3+ years), including creating and maintaining automated test scripts

• Ability to design and build a mobile automation framework from scratch

• Strong proficiency in JS/ TS

• Hands-on experience with Appium for mobile automation

• Experience with Playwright and/or Webdriver IO

• Experience with mobile device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs etc.)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and running automated mobile tests in pipelines

• API testing experience

• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
