Game Designer
Remote
We’ve forged partnerships with internationally renowned IPs (like Disney, Nickelodeon, LIFE, Sony Pictures etc.) and strive to develop games that sharpen mental well-being and deliver remarkable user experiences.
We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer to reinforce our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop game features and improve balance, game mechanics, and monetization
- Support the implementation of the features, participate in regular team meetings, and communicate with designers and developers
- Test and verify the implemented game features
- Clearly formulate your ideas in the form of concepts and design documents
- Develop a/b tests to verify the hypotheses
- Permanently perform game analytics and analyze the results of the new mechanics
- Monitor competitor apps and search for potentially worthy features in games of different genres
Requirements:
- Experience (2+ years) working on casual/puzzle or board games that have been released on the App Store or Google Play
- Experience working with free-to-play monetization
- Knowing and understanding game metrics (DAU, ARPDAU, Retention, etc.)
- Ability to work with analytical data
- Intermediate+ level of English
