Fraud and Payments Analyst
We are looking for a Payments and Fraud Analyst. We are proud of our core and supporting products like our own payment system, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Computer Vision expertise, and more.
Responsibilities
Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious users;
Chargeback handling, review, and representation;
Customer support for payments and fraud related issues;
General assistance to the Finance and Risk Department;
Rotating 24/7 Shifts.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Customer Support, Banking, Financial Services, or Online Payments is preferred;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fraud-related role or a similar position is required;
Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous.
Desirable skills:
Interest in online businesses and expand knowledge in online payments and fraud;
Motivated to learn, explore new things, and grow within the company;
Critical Thinker that can connect the dots with Fast Decision-Making ability;
Excellent attention to detail.
