Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, modeling, and analysis. This role will work closely with leadership and business teams to evaluate investments, support budgeting processes, and deliver actionable financial insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting and financial planning process, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

  • Perform plan vs. actual analysis, identify key drivers of variances, and provide actionable insights to management.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and operational decision-making.

  • Conduct investment appraisal and financial evaluation of new projects, including NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis.

  • Prepare investment cases and valuation analyses for the Investment Committee.

  • Support business decision-making through data-driven financial insights and scenario modeling.

  • Prepare management reporting and presentations for senior leadership.

  • Partner with business teams to assess the financial impact of initiatives and investments.

  • Improve and automate financial planning, reporting, and analytical processes.

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or consulting.

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including complex financial models, scenario and sensitivity analysis.

  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation techniques, and unit economics.

  • Experience preparing materials for senior management or investment committees.

  • Strong ability to translate financial analysis into clear business insights.

  • Fluent English (from C1).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech, digital, or high-growth environments.

  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Professional certification or progress toward CFA / ACCA / CIMA.
