Finance & Operations Manager
Company: Seneka (Savvy App) — a mobile app supporting parents of children with ADHD and sensory sensitivities. We’re building the first all-in-one SEL app in a market with no clear leader yet.
⚙️ What you’ll do:
• Own the full payment cycle and manage cash flow.
• Set up and maintain budgeting and reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, cohort analysis).
• Control recurring spend (SaaS, services) and optimize costs.
• Work with US accounting (Delaware), ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.
• Support CEO with investor updates.
• Manage operations via Deel (contracts, payroll, vacations, bonuses).
• Oversee tax compliance (sales tax, VAT/OSS).
• Work with payment providers (Stripe, Apple).
✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years in finance/operations (startup/SaaS/subscription).
• Hands-on experience setting up finance processes from scratch.
• Advanced Google Sheets; knowledge of QuickBooks & Deel.
• Understanding of subscription metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR/ARR).
• Experience with Stripe/Apple transactions.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP and VAT/OSS.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, startup mindset.
💡 Nice to have: investor updates/board reports experience, Delaware C-Corp knowledge, stock option administration.
