Who we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced analyst who will build and maintain advanced financial models to guide go-to-market strategies, long-term planning, and key business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and update monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards to provide clear insights to the leadership team.

• Build and maintain SQL queries and transformation scripts to extract, clean, and structure financial data for reporting and analysis.

• Develop simple data workflows and pipelines to automate recurring financial data tasks, including ingestion and transformation logic.

• Build and maintain robust, data-driven financial models based on structured inputs and direction from senior leadership.

• Translate senior management’s KPIs and metric definitions into executable logic within dashboards and reports.

• Support budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate risks, opportunities, and potential outcomes.

• Collaborate with department leads to monitor performance metrics and optimize resource allocation.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across tools such as Hubspot, Stripe, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks.

• Identify inefficiencies in current operations and suggest data-driven process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis

• Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, aggregations, CTEs)

• Experience creating and managing data transformation workflows, ideally in a lightweight scripting or pipeline framework (e.g., custom ETL using SQL/Sheets/Scripts)

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and strong financial modeling capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce would be a plus.e.

• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with ETL tools such as Airflow is a plus.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
