Executive Assistant / Business Analyst

(Right-Hand to C-Level Executive)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant / Business Analyst to work as the right-hand partner to a C-level executive. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance — it is a thought-partner, analyst, and execution lead role designed to translate executive ideas into clear, structured, and actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Support

 • Translate C-level ideas, concepts, and directions into structured insights, analyses, and execution plans

 • Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases

 • Prepare high-quality presentations (PowerPoint), documents (Word), and analytical materials (Excel) for internal and external use

 • Support strategic initiatives, market analysis, and ad-hoc business research

Executive & External Support

 • Act as a trusted thought partner during decision-making processes

 • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for meetings, events, and external engagements

 • Support the executive during meetings/events (note-taking, action tracking, follow-ups)

 • Coordinate and schedule meetings with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders

Coordination & Execution

 • Manage external communications and follow-ups with partners and clients

 • Ensure ideas and decisions are translated into clear next steps and deliverables

 • Collaborate with the internal Ops Manager to ensure smooth handoffs and execution

 • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across multiple initiatives

Required Qualifications

 • 3–7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, corporate development, or similar analytical roles

 • Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex datasets

 • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

 • Experience working closely with senior executives or leadership teams

 • Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving abilities

 • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
