Engineering Manager (Consolidator)

We are looking for a confident and experienced Engineering Manager who is interested in building relationships between development teams, architects, products and projects teams, business and CTO. 

Job responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the distribution of responsibility among development teams within the Consolidator.

• Ensure structured and reliable infrastructure interaction that meets the requirements for scalability and stability of the API.

• Develop a flexible and scalable infrastructure, including its geographical distribution, with personal involvement in technical changes.

• Guide the development of architecture towards a unit-based approach and assist teams in separating and optimizing the logic of the Consolidator.

• Increase the speed of development and implementation of new solutions, including integrating ML into the product architecture.

• Optimize the technological platform to increase performance and throughput of systems.

• Represent engineering interests in interactions with product and commercial directions, integrating technological solutions into the overall strategy.

• Focus on business and product objectives, ensuring synergy with key stakeholders and operational teams.

Key qualifications

• Over 5 years of development experience (primarily in Backend), with at least 3 years in a lead role, demonstrating success in accelerating business growth through effective engineering strategies and their implementation.

• Strong technical experience and expertise, solid architectural background, expertise in implementing and integrating ML solutions in high-load products.

• Understanding of business and product strategies and ability to align engineering initiatives with them.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Experience managing complex engineering projects and delivering results on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and process-related challenges.
