Key Objectives: 

• Running a licensed electronic money institution (EMI) from scratch: strategy, operations, technology.

• Developing and implementing growth strategy, entering new markets, pricing.

• Formation and management of an effective team, creation of the company structure.

• Negotiate and establish partnerships with banks, suppliers and key market players.

• Building payment infrastructure: gateways, acquiring, bank APIs, settlement networks.

• Ensuring ecosystem operation: card issuance, IBAN accounts, cross-border transfers.

• Manage liquidity, pricing and reconciliation for all payment services.

• Organization of treasury operations and cash flow management.

• Supervision of financial technology and external banking relationships.

• Manage operations and business development.

What we expect:

• Over 10 years of experience in the payments industry, including management in licensed EMIs.

• Strong knowledge of the architecture and workflows of modern payment ecosystems.

• Technical expertise in transaction processing, settlement processes and banking infrastructure.

• Strong financial competence: P&L management, risk assessment, strategic planning and business forecasting.
