Digital Marketing Specialist

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

MTRC has 20 full-time employees and multiple part-time consultants. Offices are located in the UK (HEOR), Spain (Market Access) and Bulgaria (Billing and Contracting). Most of the employees are home-based. MTRC provides support to large Med Tech corporations (80% of the business) and SMEs (20% of the business) in the fields of market access analysis and strategy, Evidence Synthesis (value dossiers and literature reviews, reimbursement and HTA submissions), and Health Economics. MTRC provides regular support to 17 out of top 30 global medical device companies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, and paid channels

• Manage and update content on company websites in accordance with SEO best practices

• Coordinate and monitor advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Prepare newsletters and automated email sequences (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)

• Maintain and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence and support other social media channels

• Create marketing assets for publication and client communication (presentations, white papers, brochures)

• Track and analyze performance using digital analytics tools

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaign focus

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials and platforms

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign execution – at least 3 years

• Medical or relevant marketing education

• Confidence in using key digital tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital platforms

• High attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks

• Understanding of core B2B marketing and sales principles

• Fluent English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus

Conditions:

• The position is remote

• Compensation: starting from 1200 EUR/month. Final terms to be discussed individually with each candidate

• 20 paid vacation days annually

• 9 public holidays annually
