Digital Marketing Manager
The Role We need a performance-driven Digital Marketer to take us from “promising hypotheses” to a repeatable acquisition engine – from SEM-only to a balanced multi-channel machine.
Responsibilities:
Performance-marketing strategy & execution
Evolve our acquisition from single-channel pilots to a diversified mix (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, influencer/affiliate, emerging platforms) until we hit rock-solid product-channel fit.
Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for two core hypotheses—Microdosing App and Human-Guided Coaching—including creative briefs, budget ownership, audience building, seasonal promos, and geo-testing.
Spin up hyper-targeted experiments (interests, look-alikes, custom segments) and seasonal/offer-based tactics to uncover breakout CPAs.
Growth-marketing support
Partner with product marketing to craft quiz funnels, referral loops, viral triggers, and landing-page CRO.
Brief design/dev to ship launch-ready assets fast; jump into no-code tools yourself when a sprint deadline demands.
Marketing analytics & insights
Wire up a single source-of-truth dashboard and track CAC, CPC, CPL, ROAS, LTV by channel in real time.
Present experiment readouts weekly; translate insight into next-sprint backlog for the product and creative teams.
Experience: What You Bring
5+ years running performance budgets in seed-to-Series-B tech or DTC (you’ve personally moved a startup from SEM-only to multi-channel scale).
Hands-on mastery of GA4, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and at least one analytics/BI platform.
Proven record building and reading full-funnel dashboards, owning CPC→LTV economics.
Comfortable (or curious) working in regulated/high-sensitivity niches—pharma, supplements, fintech, or psychedelics.
1st Month Deliverables
Paid-test suite live on Reddit, Google, Meta, TikTok + one wildcard channel (Snap / Substack / influencer whitelisting).
Landing pages & onboarding quizzes built, tagged, and A/B variations queued.
Analytics stack connected (GA4, Amplitude, Meta Pixel, Zapier) with basic cohort dashboard.
A/B test “Delivery Box vs No Box” for products funnel, ⩾95% stat-significance, insight deck to team.
Lead-magnet campaign (PDF Psychedelic Guides) hitting agreed CPL.
Results logged in experiment repo; next sprint roadmap authored by day 28.
KPIs
Top-of-funnel growth: unique visitors, leads, PQLs/MQLs.
Efficiency: CPC, CPM, CPL, CAC, blended ROAS.
Experiment velocity: # tests/sprint, win-rate, time-to-insight.
Payback period ≤ 12 months on new cohorts.
