The delivery platform is entering a scaling phase with the launch and development of key operational services, including courier hiring, shift management, and the supervisor portal. Scaling these services requires strong data ownership to ensure transparency of metrics, informed decision-making, and operational control.

Currently, analytics across these domains is fragmented, limiting visibility into performance, bottlenecks, and growth drivers. A dedicated Data Analyst role is required to consolidate data, define metrics, and support product and operational teams with actionable insights.

Establishing this role is necessary to enable sustainable growth of the delivery platform, improve operational governance, and support achievement of target KPIs through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Delivery operations analytics ownership

• Own analytics for key delivery operational domains: courier hiring, onboarding, activation, shift management, and supervisor workflows.

• Build and maintain core datasets, metrics, and dashboards used for operational and product decision-making.

• Ensure consistency, reliability, and clarity of delivery-related metrics across teams.

KPI framework & reporting

• Define, document, and maintain operational KPIs and metric definitions.

• Develop regular reporting for delivery operations and leadership.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps, providing clear analytical insights and recommendations.

Product & process analytics

• Support product and operations teams with analysis for new features, process changes, and experiments.

• Evaluate impact of launches and improvements on operational efficiency and service levels.

• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and structured outputs.

Data quality & enablement

• Work with data engineering and product teams to improve data availability, quality, and structure.

• Identify data gaps and drive improvements in event tracking and data pipelines.

• Enable self-service analytics through clear dashboards and documentation.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Act as the primary analytics partner for delivery operations, product, and engineering teams.

• Align on analytical priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

• Present insights in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics role, preferably supporting operational or product teams.

• Experience working with operational data (workforce, scheduling, performance, or similar domains).

• Experience supporting product or process changes with data analysis.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

• Experience with BI tools and dashboarding.

• Solid understanding of metrics, KPIs, and analytical best practices.

• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches.

• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
