Customer Support Specialist for a Cryptocurrency Exchange (Remote, Russian-speaking)

▪️Key Responsibilities:

• Handle user inquiries via online customer service tools and provide timely and accurate responses.

• Provide feedback on any issues encountered during the process, collect and troubleshoot problems.

• Fluent in Russian and English; Chinese is a plus.

• Financial knowledge, business awareness, and previous experience in a similar field are preferred.

• Analyze major user pain points, identify user needs, and help resolve issues while contributing to process optimization.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including long night shifts if required.

• Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to assess users’ actual needs.

• Enthusiastic about customer service, responsible for service quality, and capable of providing comprehensive solutions.

• Ability to adapt communication methods and styles to different audiences.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; self-disciplined.

• Strong learning ability.

• Previous experience in customer support via phone, email, and online chat is required.

• Excellent communication skills, hardworking, and stress-resistant.

• Fluency in Russian and English is required; Ukrainian and Chinese are a plus.

• Prior experience working with crypto exchanges or crypto projects in Customer Support roles is highly desirable.
