paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company transforming the way online payments work. We offer a lot of freedom and great opportunities for professional growth within the team.

What you will do:

  • Resolve complex customer technical issues end-to-end, providing clear updates throughout the process;

  • Troubleshoot advanced product, system, and integration problems using logs, transaction data, and system analysis;

  • Reproduce reported issues in test environments and escalate bugs to Engineering;

  • Assist with internal testing of new features, AI, and releases;

  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base;

  • Support and mentor junior agents.

What we expect:

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required); Russian (native or fluent) is a plus;

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B support role within fintech, payments, or a similar technical environment;

  • Strong understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL/database queries;

  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users;

  • Strong team collaboration skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
