paytech is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (L2) in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company transforming the way online payments work.

What you will do:
Handle complex technical customer requests, diagnose and resolve system issues in collaboration with the development team.
What we expect:
Most importantly — at least 1 year of experience in customer support within the payments industry;
Solid understanding of APIs, payment systems, and basic SQL knowledge;
Basic experience with Postman and CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira);
Experience analyzing complex issues and implementing effective solutions;
English level B2+ with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way;
Strong soft skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
