CRM Content manager
We are looking for a CRM Content Manager whose main strength is deeply thought-out CRM content planning. Ideal candidate understands motivation of user profiles, identifies real pain points, and builds communication that creates urgency and FOMO, leading users to take action.
What you will do
Own the monthly CRM content strategy and content plan.
Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages.
Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, including QA before sending.
Understand segments, user statuses, and customer journey stages to choose the right message and timing.
Maintain CRM hygiene: clean segments, correct statuses, stable flows, and up-to-date templates.
Monitor Email/WhatsApp/SMS spending and apply smart routing to lower-cost channels.
Requirements
Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing.
Strong content thinking: ability to turn user pains into conversion-driven messaging.
Experience creating FOMO-based communication (deadlines, limits, opportunity cost).
Ability to think strategically, not just follow briefs.
High attention to detail and operational discipline.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across segments and funnels.
Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus.
