Creative strategy lead

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to define and drive the high-level creative vision across our AI characters and marketing channels. This is a key leadership role focused on content strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign performance. You’ll work closely with the Product, Content, and Marketing teams to launch new character categories, test creative hypotheses, and improve the effectiveness of our in-app experiences and user acquisition efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the creative strategy for new and existing AI character categories

• Collaborate with content managers to create compelling and high-performing character concepts

• Partner with Marketing to generate impactful creatives for paid acquisition and retention

• Develop hypotheses for new user segments and test them via A/B experiments

• Analyze performance data and iterate on creative formats and messaging

• Maintain consistency in tone, diversity, and user appeal across all creative output

• Support the continuous improvement of our content pipeline and internal creative processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in a content strategy, creative direction, or product marketing role (preferably in mobile or AI products)

• A strong portfolio of creative campaigns or product storytelling with measurable results

• Experience in user segmentation, A/B testing, and data-informed iteration

• Familiarity with AI-driven products and/or mobile apps with a subscription model is a strong plus

• Ability to think conceptually and strategically while also executing hands-on

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

• Background in entertainment, gaming, or character-driven products

• Knowledge of GenAI tools (image, video, or text generation)

• Experience leading small creative teams or managing freelancers
