Creative producer

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead the full cycle of creative production — from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with design, legal, traffic, and marketing teams to produce high-quality video and static assets. The role focuses on building a reliable, structured, and scalable creative process that keeps up with our marketing goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end creative production — from concept approval to final delivery.

• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all materials meet brand, privacy, and IP standards.

• Secure filming locations and manage logistics with partner stores and vendors.

• Source and manage actors, influencers, and creators — including casting, contracting, and scheduling.

• Handle production-related payments and documentation in coordination with finance.

• Supervise shoots and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to design and post-production.

• Maintain clear communication with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to align on goals and timelines.

• Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues.

• Keep a structured archive of all creative assets, legal documents, and financial records.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager in production or marketing.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and partners.

• Solid understanding of video, photo, and digital creative workflows.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.

• Experience with contracts and working alongside legal or compliance teams.

• Confident budget management and basic financial reporting skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in tech, fintech, or startup environments is a plus.
