Collaborate with product and marketing teams to evaluate creative performance and suggest improvements;
Contribute ideas and creative solutions to experiments, enabling data-driven iterations;
Build a systematic approach to scaling and optimizing successful creative solutions.
Requirements
Experience with banners (including animated), landing pages, video creatives, and other performance-driven visuals;
Practical experience in growth / performance / acquisition design;
Understanding of hooks and value propositions and how to turn them into visual solutions;
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and optimizing visuals;
Ability to evaluate effectiveness using metrics;
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools;
Creativity, speed, and result-oriented mindset;
English on B2 level (tasks and documentation are in English).
