We are looking for a Senior Core Product Manager to build international SaaS for SMB segment in US (Tier-1 market).

Responsibilities:
Lead core product development (iOS, Android, Web) for the Field Service Management segment from scratch
Shape product roadmap and prioritize features
Launch end-to-end flow: from client request to project completion and payment
Integrate existing modules into new architecture
Develop new modules: Projects, Tasks, Calendar, Team, Pricebook, Finances
Work with designers and developers, reporting to the CEO
Ensure UX consistency, timeline adherence, and release quality
Set up analytics, subscription logic, and pricing
Prepare the product for scaling
What we expect:
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience launching mobile and web products from zero to release and growth
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics: retention, LTV, ARPU
Strong product intuition: you can design user-friendly interfaces from scratch, justify UX decisions, and understand principles of simplicity, progressive disclosure, and "care" through interface design
Strong command of Jobs-To-Be-Done, user interview scripts, and customer development frameworks
Experience conducting user interviews, synthesizing insights, and identifying segments
Ability to translate needs into flows, user stories, and wireframes
Experience setting up product analytics: events, funnels, retention, activation
Ability to work in high uncertainty and make decisions without complete information
Ability to prioritize by impact and cost
Excellent English: you can talk to users, write documentation, and handle correspondence
