We're looking for an experienced and energetic Community Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about crypto, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of working with crypto communities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media presence strategy across relevant platforms (Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, and others). Create engaging and timely content, schedule publications, and analyze campaign effectiveness.

  • Community Growth & Moderation: Build and maintain an active and engaged community. Interact promptly with members, answer questions, resolve conflicts, and run polls and contests. Moderate discussions to ensure a positive and productive environment.

  • Influencer Engagement: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key crypto influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and media. Develop and coordinate collaborative campaigns to expand reach and increase product awareness.

  • Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor mentions of the product and company across the online landscape. Respond promptly to negative feedback and comments, shaping a positive brand image.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track community engagement metrics, social media growth, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for strategy improvement.

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote new product features, updates, and events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Community Manager or Marketing/Growth Manager within the crypto industry.

  • Deep Crypto Market Understanding: Excellent knowledge of blockchain technologies, DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, and other current trends. Understanding of crypto community specifics and their needs.

  • ORM Experience: Proven experience in online reputation management and crisis communications.

  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficient with social media management and analytics tools (SMM platforms, analytical tools).

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.

  • Self-Organized & Proactive: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and propose new ideas for community development.

  • English B2/C1 (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience launching and scaling a crypto product from scratch.

  • Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen).

  • Possession of your own active crypto community or network within the industry.
