We are looking for a talented Senior Communication Designer to help us elevate how TaxDome is presented to the world. This role blends visual creativity, strategic thinking, and storytelling to translate complex product ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful communication across both digital and offline channels, including printed materials, merchandise, and event assets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Visual Communication

• Create visual concepts for printed and offline materials: handouts, brochures, flyers, posters, print-ready PDFs, merchandise, and event materials (conferences, trade shows, webinars)

• Create visual concepts for digital marketing assets: banners, paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and blog visuals

• Ensure consistency and high quality across all communication channels, following the TaxDome visual identity

1. Collaboration with Marketing and Content Teams

• Translate ideas and messages from copywriters, marketers, and product managers into engaging visual assets for both online and offline use

• Generate fresh concepts and visual storytelling approaches to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

1. Design System Integration

• Collaborate with the Design System team to implement and adapt product UI components for marketing and communication needs

• Reuse and transform product visuals for external communication (UI snippets in banners, presentations, printed materials, and animations)

1. Presentation & Collateral Design

• Create pitch decks, branded PDF materials, print-ready collateral, and internal and external slide presentations

• Simplify complex product ideas into digestible, visually engaging formats

1. Fast Iteration & Design Execution

• Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (After Effects when needed)

• Iterate quickly on ideas, delivering multiple concepts and variations under tight timelines

• Actively use AI tools to generate concepts, visuals, and assets, and to accelerate production workflows

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in visual, marketing, or communication design

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color

• Proven experience creating both printed materials and digital marketing assets (ads, banners, landing pages, PDFs, merchandise, event materials)

• Hands-on experience designing merchandise and event materials

• Excellent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Suite

• Excellent command of AI tools for design and creative production (concept generation, illustrations, asset creation, workflow optimization)

• English proficiency at B1+ level

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in product or SaaS companies

• Ability to create custom illustrations or manage external illustrators

• Familiarity with basic animation tools

• Experience building visual guidelines, templates, and asset libraries
