Communication Designer

We are looking for a talented Communication/Marketing Designer to help us elevate how we present TaxDome to the world. This role blends visual creativity, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills to translate complex product ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful communication across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Communication

• Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, blog posts, and event materials (webinars, trade shows, etc.)

• Ensure consistency and high quality across all communication channels, following the visual identity of TaxDome

Collaboration with Marketing and Content Teams

• Translate ideas and messages from copywriters, marketers, and product managers into engaging visual assets

• Generate fresh concepts and visual storytelling approaches to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

Design System Integration

• Collaborate with the Design System team to implement and adapt product UI components for marketing and communication needs

• Reuse and transform product visuals for external communication purposes (e.g., UI snippets in banners, decks, animations)

Presentation & Collateral Design

• Create pitch decks, branded PDF materials, internal and external slide presentations

• Simplify complex product ideas into digestible and engaging visual formats

Fast Iteration & Design Execution

• Work efficiently in Figma (and optionally Adobe tools like Illustrator or After Effects when needed)

• Iterate quickly on ideas and provide multiple options under tight timelines

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in visual, marketing, or communication design

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color

• Proven experience creating marketing and product-marketing materials (landing pages, email graphics, social media, PDF collateral, etc.)

• Proficiency in Figma, with a working knowledge of Adobe Suite

• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working in product or SaaS companies

• Ability to create custom illustrations or manage external illustrators

• Familiarity with basic animation tools (Lottie, After Effects, Figma Smart Animate)

• Experience building visual guidelines, templates, and asset libraries

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
