Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for a visionary, data-driven marketing leader to head our global marketing function. Your mission is to build a powerful brand, drive international expansion, and establish our company as a trusted, category-defining name in FinTech and crypto. You will develop our marketing strategy and lead the team responsible for its execution across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth Leadership: Develop the company’s marketing strategy, creating a clear roadmap for international expansion and sustainable user growth. You will be responsible for driving our key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.) in close partnership with Product and other teams to optimize the entire user journey.

  • Audience & Brand Strategy: Build a deep understanding of our core audience segments. You will use these insights to shape a brand narrative and product positioning that builds a reputation of trust and resonates powerfully with each target group.

  • Go-to-Market & Channel Execution: Partner with business leaders (like the Head of Crypto Vertical) to design and execute powerful go-to-market plans for new products and features. You will build, scale, and optimize a portfolio of marketing channels — from Performance and Content to Community-Led Growth — to effectively reach our target audiences.

  • Product Marketing & Growth Loops: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform and influence the product roadmap. You will champion a user-centric approach, helping to embed growth loops (e.g., referrals, viral mechanics) and enhance key product funnels, such as user activation and retention.

  • Team Leadership & Operations: Recruit, build, and lead a world-class marketing team, hiring key talent across performance marketing, brand, content, and community. You will be responsible for mentoring your leaders, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation, and managing the marketing budget to maximize impact.

Essential experience 

  • Proven Growth Leadership: Proven experience in a senior growth or marketing leadership role (e.g., CMO, VP/Head of Marketing, Growth Lead) within a high-growth B2C FinTech, crypto, payments, or neobanking company. Your track record must go beyond managing existing channels; it should demonstrate your ability to enter new markets and acquire distinct user segments. Success in this role requires a history of building new acquisition channels from the ground up, with a direct, measurable impact on key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).

  • Full-Spectrum Marketing Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise in building and scaling an integrated marketing function. Your experience successfully blends strategic brand-building and community engagement with data-driven performance marketing (paid acquisition, SEO, etc.).

  • Proven Team Builder: You have a strong track record of building or significantly scaling high-performing marketing teams. You excel at creating a hiring roadmap, attracting and mentoring A-players, and are comfortable being hands-on to get things done, especially in the early stages.

  • Data Fluency & Analytical Mindset: You are deeply analytical and use data not just for reporting, but to ask the right questions and drive strategic decisions. You champion a culture of experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) and are comfortable diving into product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) to uncover insights that drive growth.

  • Product-Led Mindset: Proven experience working in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. You understand how to influence the product to create better user experiences and drive organic growth, not just how to advertise it.

  • Executive Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to articulate a vision, strategy, and results to founders, executives, and the board. You can represent the company compellingly both internally and externally.

  • Fluent in English.
