Chief Marketing Officer
As a CMO, you will architect and scale acquisition engines across a fast-growing portfolio of early-stage ventures. You will own full-stack marketing for Pink Elephant’s products – from go-to-market strategy and branding to performance-driven growth across channels.
This is a high-leverage role for a strategic doer who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and knows how to move fast without breaking trust in regulated industries.
What you will drive: responsibilities
Portfolio-wide ecosystem launches
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for multiple products at once (e.g., ketamine telemedicine MVP in the UK, microdosing e-comm, media platform, guiding app);
Create coherent brand narratives across the product ecosystem, ensuring synergy between media, community, and digital health tools;
Lead coordinated product rollouts across diverse markets and regulatory environments.
Growth strategy, experimentation&execution
Build and manage high-performance marketing funnels across SEO, paid acquisition, influencer/UGC loops, and lifecycle automation;
Drive SMM-led acquisition (particularly on IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), converting attention into engagement and users;
Develop and iterate growth hacking tactics for early traction: landing page tests, viral loops, ambassador programs, referral engines, etc.;
Use data to obsessively test and optimize: CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort retention.
SEO & content-led growth
Design and manage SEO content strategies that scale: high-intent pages, editorial hubs, UGC/UGS, link-building loops;
Collaborate with media and edtech teams to turn scientific/educational assets into organic acquisition channels.
Leadership & cross-functional collaboration
Build and lead a distributed growth marketing team (in-house or hybrid with agencies/freelancers);
Partner with Product, Science, EdTech, and Revenue teams to align brand promise with delivery;
Advise Entrepreneurs-in-Residence on early-stage brand, launch and growth plans for their ventures inside the builder.
Requirements
You bring: experience&competencies
Growth operator profile
7+ years in full-stack marketing with a strong focus on SEO, SMM, and growth hacking for early-stage B2C digital products;
Proven track record of launching and scaling multiple products in consumer tech, digital health, wellness, or DTC;
Strong data fluency: you think in metrics, cohorts, and CAC-to-LTV ratios;
Experience with marketing tech stack: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Webflow, GA4, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Ahrefs, Zapier, etc.
Ecosystem mindset
Experience working in or with venture builders, accelerators, or startup studios is a big plus;
Comfortable architecting and juggling marketing for multiple products at different stages – from pre-launch to scaling;
Ability to think brand and performance together across multiple verticals.
Values & domain alignment
Deep interest in or experience with mental health, psychedelics, wellness, or mission-driven consumer products;
Experience working with regulated categories (e.g., cannabis, telehealth, supplements) or in ambiguous regulatory environments is a major plus;
Cultural fit – bias for shipping, radical candour, curiosity about psychedelics-driven mental health.
