Channel Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing BD team members.
  2. Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and playbooks to ensure alignment with company strategies and market changes.
  3. Monitor BD performance metrics and provide feedback, guidance, and support to improve channel effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with regional BD leads to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
  5. Support the implementation of scalable operational processes and tools to enhance BD efficiency. Act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure consistent messaging and process alignment across all channels.
  6. Conduct periodic audits of BD workflows and pipeline management to ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in Russian and English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. 2+ years of experience in channel operations, sales enablement, or BD support roles.
  4. Strong training facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  5. Self-motivated, process-driven, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
  6. Experience in crypto, fintech, or fast-paced tech industries is a strong plus.
