Campaign Manager
Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
As our Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for turning campaign ideas into real launches — coordinating teams, managing timelines, and making sure everything goes live on time and delivers results.
This role sits between marketing and project management. You won’t just execute tasks — you’ll own campaigns, track their performance, and adjust based on data.
This role is a good fit for someone who can run multiple campaigns in parallel, stay calm under tight deadlines, and use numbers to guide decisions.
Responsibilities:
Take campaigns from an initial idea all the way to launch, results, and follow-up
Manage partner and listing campaigns, coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables
Keep schedules under control and make sure launches happen smoothly and on time
Track KPIs to understand what’s performing well (and what isn’t)
Use data and results to tweak, improve, and optimize campaigns
Continuously refine how campaigns are planned, executed, and scaled
Requirements:
Experience running campaigns end-to-end, not just executing small pieces
Background in Web3 / crypto and a good understanding of how this space works
Strong organizational and project management skills — you know how to keep things moving
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Data-oriented mindset — you rely on numbers before drawing conclusions
Hands-on attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
High sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Fluent in English
