Business / System Analyst

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business / System Analyst who will take ownership of analyzing, improving, and scaling our products. In this role, you will deeply immerse yourself in all user journeys and system interactions, identify pain points and inefficiencies across processes and integrations, and drive meaningful improvements from idea to delivery.
You will work at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, playing a key role in complex initiatives that span multiple systems and teams.

Your Mission

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional and system specifications. 

• Lead analysis for complex and integration-heavy initiatives, involving multiple systems, services, and stakeholders. 

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and success criteria. 

• Take ownership of requirements throughout the full lifecycle – from discovery and design to delivery and post-launch improvements. 

• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. 

• Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

• Support product rollouts and provide ongoing support and maintenance after implementation. 

• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve system interactions, and enhance user experience.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Business / System Analyst or similar role. 

• Experience leading integrations or complex projects involving multiple systems, APIs, or services. 

• Confident SQL skills for data analysis and validation. 

• Strong sense of ownership – you proactively drive initiatives forward and take responsibility for outcomes. 

• Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous flows. 

• Ability to read and understand JSON and proto files. 

• Strong visualization and documentation skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and system behavior. 

• Basic understanding of project management principles and cross-team coordination. 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong can-do attitude.

• Experience with AI products, chatbots.
