About the company
Our client is a EU-based FinTech company, that provides an alternative solution to classical banking and develops a focused product that will serve the primary needs of regular people and commercially savvy entrepreneurs.
Currently, the company is building a new Business Development team and looking for a senior-level BD Manager/Sales with a proven track record in high-risk verticals, focused on Forex and Gambling. This is not a junior role — we need someone who already has a solid network of industry contacts and knows how to monetize them. You will be the right hand of the CBDO and play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition and bring your own portfolio of leads and contacts
Act as an introducer, support smooth handover to Account Managers, and assist with onboarding
Guide clients through AML & Compliance processes, support internal compliance team with strategic input
Develop and execute BD strategies in Forex / Gambling markets
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Build sustainable partnerships and revenue streams
Requirements
An experienced BD/Sales professional with 3+ years in high-risk verticals (Forex/Gambling ideally)
Backed by a strong personal network of clients, partners, and introducers
Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
Based in or ready to relocate to Riga (EU work permission is a must)
Independent, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based growth
