Business Analyst (CRM Core)
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to own CRM Core — the very foundation of our CRM processes. This includes the core entities inside the CRM (tasks, queues, task creation and distribution to agents, the core CRM interface, etc.). Our CRM is a high-load system with complex, intertwined logic.
You’ll work with multiple stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and providing instant support when needed, while also ensuring the CRM is designed for the long term
Challenges that await you:
Managing CRM Core features: tasks, queues, task distribution, and the core interface
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders
Asking the right questions to clarify needs and defining clear, logical solution structures
Writing concise, well-structured specifications and ensuring they’re understood by the team
Overseeing features end-to-end — from discovery to production release
Tracking timelines and coordinating with developers, QA, and other teams
Working on medium- to large-scale initiatives, such as refactoring core processes or launching significant features within an existing product
What makes you a great fit:
Proven experience in business analysis — gathering requirements, defining solutions, and writing clear documentation
Experience delivering medium or large projects (e.g., core process refactoring, launching complex features in existing products)
Strong technical mindset — understanding how product decisions impact system architecture, including aspects like sync/async flows, microservices, and integrations
Ability to coordinate work with multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Basic project management skills — ensuring features are delivered on time and to scope
