SEARADAR is building an international yacht marketplace powered by advanced internal automation from integrations with dozens of data sources to intelligent offer matching for clients.
We operate at the intersection of travel and technology, automating routine processes and making yacht chartering simple, seamless, and inspiring for customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Financial Manager who will build a transparent, clear, and well-structured financial system for founders and investors. This is a hybrid role combining strategy and execution, from making financial decisions to independently implementing them in financial models. We value startup experience, high execution speed, and the ability to adapt quickly to constant change

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights through clear and compelling visualizations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance snapshots to stakeholders.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.

  • Calculate and forecast critical business metrics, such as run rates, margins, and ROI.

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to drive product and business decisions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Conduct data validation and cleansing to ensure high-quality reporting and minimize discrepancies

  • Proactively identify data gaps and suggest improvements for internal data collection processes

Key Technical Skills:

  • Advanced SQL (BigQuery/PostgreSQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy).

  • Google BigQuery, Google Sheets, Looker Studio.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in a BI/Data Analyst role, with a proven track record of working with SQL-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).

  • Advanced SQL (BigQuery), Python (Pandas), and BI tools.

  • Strong grasp of business metrics (ROI, Gross Margin) and forecasting.

  • Expert-level Google Sheets (Apps Script is a plus).

  • Ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.

  • Based outside of Russia and Belarus

  • Availability to work within a European time zone (Portugal preferred)
