B2C Product Marketing Manager

We’re looking for our next B2C Marketing Manager to work on everything from growth experiments to lifecycle journeys, as every project you’ll lead will directly influence our revenue and product adoption.

Your Role:

  • Design and execute the marketing strategy for our B2C segment, aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.

  • Build user segments based on data insights and create tactics for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation for them.

  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar that covers launches, seasonal moments, and always-on lifecycle flows.

  • Lead email marketing from execution and automation setup to creative, deliverability, and continuous iteration.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape campaigns that meet funding requirements and maximise impact.

  • Analyse performance across channels, present findings, and recommend next steps based on data.

  • Track our competitors positioning and market trends to refine our products messaging and identify new opportunities.

  • Execute on new feature releases with GTM plans that drive adoption and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in B2C marketing within crypto or fintech industry in the US Market.

  • GTM experience expanding consumer products into new regions or languages.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling lifecycle programs, especially email and in-product messaging.

  • Proven experience running GTM strategies and coordinating across different stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and data teams to uncover insights.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling across email, social, and in-app surfaces.

  • Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms.

  • A self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution mentality.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with KOLs driving product growth.

  • Social Media knowledge across web3 channels: Telegram, Discord, X, etc.
