  • Research, test, and implement new automation and AI tools.

  • Contribute to pilot projects using generative models for business process automation.

  • Maintain a structured prompt and workflow library.

  • Build internal MVP tools based on generative models to validate business hypotheses.

  • Integrate external and internal services through APIs and webhooks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.

🧩 Example project: building a feedback hub that collects and processes user feedback from multiple sources (CRM, surveys, forums, call recordings) into a single dashboard.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI for real business tasks.

  • 1+ year of experience working with n8n and Make (Integromat).

  • Understanding of LLM principles and AI workflow design.

  • Experience creating multi-step prompt chains and optimizing them.

  • Solid grasp of REST APIs (Jira, Slack, Google, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Familiarity with webhooks, OAuth, tokens, and data formats like JSON/CSV.

  • Experience building scalable low-code/no-code workflows.

  • Self-driven, curious, and proactive in experimenting with new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating OpenAI or other AI APIs.

  • Background in text/data processing.

  • Experience with Google Workspace API, Slack API, CRM systems.

  • Basic Python skills to extend automations.

  • Basic familiarity with Git and Docker.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.

  • Make a direct impact on how the company operates and grows.
