Archivist

Location: Office, Limassol
Time: Full time

Responsibilities

- Receive, rename, and organize electronic documents in accordance with internal instructions.

- Sort documents into appropriate folders (contracts, powers of attorney, decisions, comprehensive audit documents, etc.).

- Maintain and update several archives (main, additional, and partner office archives).

- Transfer documents to another company office as needed.

- Ensure correct document naming and proper storage structure.

Requirements

- Attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence.

- Ability to read and understand documents in order to assign them correct names.

- Experience working with Cypriot corporate documents.

- Fluency in English (the main language of the documents).

- Knowledge of Russian and Greek is an advantage.

- Experience in accounting, document management, or similar activities is an advantage.

- Willingness to perform repetitive, routine tasks.

- Responsibility and discipline.
