App Growth Manager

We're hiring a Growth Manager to own client monetization performance across Superwall's agency setup. You'll work across dozens of real apps with real revenue data from day one — building experiment roadmaps, running A/B tests on paywalls and onboarding, and being accountable for revenue impact. You pair with a product designer and work hands-on with clients. This is a high-intensity, high-learning role — the kind of exposure that normally takes years to get.

What you'll do
In one sentence: Make clients' subscription apps earn more through experimentation.
Own the growth roadmap for each client: prioritize hypotheses, design experiments, track outcomes
Run A/B tests on paywalls, onboarding flows, pricing, and placement strategies using Superwall
Be accountable for client metrics: conversion rates, trial starts, revenue per user, LTV
Build and present performance reports with clear insights and next steps
Lead client sessions: onboarding new clients, running regular check-ins, teaching teams how to think about monetization
Design test strategies: what to test, why, in what order, and what success looks like
Launch and manage campaigns across client apps
Work closely with a product designer who executes the visual side of experiments
What we're looking for
2-3 years of hands-on experience growing a subscription mobile app - you've owned or directly influenced monetization metrics
You've worked with Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty, or similar tools and know how paywall experimentation works in practice
Strong analytical thinking - comfortable with conversion funnels, A/B test analysis, cohort data, revenue metrics
Experience designing and prioritizing experiment roadmaps - not just running tests someone else planned
Client-facing communication skills - you can explain what you're doing, why, and what the data says
Comfortable context-switching across multiple apps and client needs
AI-native workflow: you use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and hypothesis generation
Proficient English (written and verbal)
EU or US East Coast timezone

You have your own app or side project with subscriptions - you understand the problem from the inside
You treat client problems like your own
Bonus points
You've worked in an agency or multi-client growth environment
Experience with ASO, paid acquisition, or full-funnel mobile marketing
You've built reporting dashboards or automated growth workflows
Background in product management or growth engineering
