AI Creative Strategist

Location: Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪 / Remote, Europe 🌍

This role is a hybrid of Creative Production Lead and Customer Success Manager. You will work directly with founders to help our customers create top-performing ads and grow with Spiral.

About Spiral 🌀

Spiral is an AI growth engine that helps mobile advertisers scale profitably with paid ads.

In the future, ads won’t be static media slots. They’ll be dynamic experiences. Spiral is the creative performance layer for the future of paid advertising. Built on top of major ad platforms and with performance data as foundation, we turn creative generation and ad automation into one system.

We launched in September 2025. Since then, we’ve onboarded multiple major mobile apps in Europe and helped them scale Meta Ads with static creatives. Marketing teams use Spiral to research competitors, analyze creatives, and launch top-performing AI ads.

Team

• As for now, the team consists only of 2 co-founders. We are looking to hire first 3-4 team members in early 2026.

• Sasha, CEO, has 7 years in mobile growth, UA at at The Coach, Prisma Labs, ivi and Joom. ex-CMO at Vocal Image (AI Communication Coach app), grew ARR from $0.7M to $9M in 2 years by profitably scaling paid ads.

• Filip, CTO, has a master's in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam. ex-AI Tech Lead at Nodestar, 8 years of experience building for both mobile games and B2B SaaS.

Who we are looking for

You are passionate about creative, hands on with generative AI, and love working with customers. Your job will be to onboard new customers, educate them, and build a repeatable system that helps them achieve growth. You are excited to move fast and take high ownership in building the AI creative strategy for the future of paid ads.

You are a great fit if

• 3+ years in creative production for mobile apps. You understand what makes ads win and can spot emerging trends before they go mainstream.

• You enjoy working with clients. You can lead calls, push back respectfully, and keep momentum.

• You have strong creative taste and instincts. You understand design fundamentals and can turn ideas into images and videos.

• You are systematic and analytical. You recognize patterns and use a data driven approach in creative work.

• You are AI native. You know the right tools and best practices for prompting, proven track record of producing winning AI ads.

• Fluent in English.

What the job looks like

• Produce AI ads using Spiral for our customers and partners.

• Own customer onboarding and success. Track performance, keep customers moving, and help them hit their growth goals.

• Educate customers on the product and winning creative approach. Run trainings, share best practices, and create trend reports.

• Turn customer feedback into product improvements. Write clear insights, propose solutions, and work closely with the team to build the best product on the market.

• Identify the highest impact areas and focus your time there.

Location

We are open to remote candidates in European time zones. Berlin based candidates or candidates who are open to relocating, are preferred. We believe working together in the office helps build trust, leads to sharper discussions and faster decisions, and creates a culture that is hard to replicate remotely. It is also more fun.
