Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Search for and negotiate with potential partners (YouTube creators, websites, trading schools, influencers)

• Close deals, negotiate terms, and coordinate repeat placements

• Monitor partner content publications (headlines, visuals, CTA, etc.)

• Set up and manage email marketing sequences

• Review lead quality provided by LeadGen

• Motivate LeadGen to find new acquisition channels

Lead Generation Manager (Junior+ / Middle):

• Identify and initiate contact with potential partners

• Add leads to the CRM (Instantly, Google Sheets)

• Transfer leads to affiliate managers

• Grow and develop towards an Affiliate Manager role

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing or lead generation (for Middle-level roles)

• English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written communication)

• Strong skills in business correspondence, objection handling, and driving deals to completion

• Proficiency with tools like Instantly, Snovio, Google Sheets, CRM systems
