Now we’re looking for a creative and self-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage affiliate partnerships: online schools/producers, creator managers, affiliate publishers, community admins; prioritize by GMV potential and creator base.
Outreach via Telegram, email, calls, demos; pitch Tribute value and drive deals to launch readiness.
Onboard and activate partners: guide through launch process, set up referral links/UTMs, ensure first integration/publication.
Coordinate with content manager on briefs (offers, one-pagers, visuals, FAQs) and adapt assets for partners.
Grow accounts: run reviews, expand offers/mechanics, launch special projects, increase activity volume/frequency.
Develop cross-marketing promos: co-posts, digests, webinars, guest posts, curated “best offers.”
Maintain CRM pipeline (lead → activated → growing → at risk); weekly goals and SLA ≤4h response.
Collect partner feedback for product/content improvements; track market practices and suggest pilots.
Requirements:
Experience in BD/partnerships within infobusiness or creator economy.
Knowledge of affiliate models, attribution, referral links, storefronts (e.g. GetCourse/Prodamus).
Telegram-native: knows effective formats, frequency, and conversion mechanics.
Strong network among producers, creator managers, affiliate publishers.
Excellent communication: clear value pitching, confident in calls/demos, fast issue resolution.
Growth mindset in account management: structured plans, cross-promos, scaling activities.
Analytical & disciplined: UTMs, Sheets/CRM, documentation, SLA compliance.
