We’re looking for a proactive Account Operations Manager to help ensure smooth coordination among clients, creative, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all promotional and marketing activities for assigned clients.

• Ensure that all creatives include up-to-date bonuses and offers.

• Handle payments and financial documentation related to client services.

• Discuss and approve new creatives (banners, visuals, promo materials).

• Support and coordinate events and special activities with clients and internal teams.

• Collect and organize client updates to ensure a smooth campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in the iGaming industry.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Experience in account management, operational marketing, or project management.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
