Account Manager (B2B)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to act as a key point of contact between our company and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting partners in achieving their business goals.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate records in CRM
Develop a deep understanding of client business models to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build and maintain Account Plans for key clients, outlining strategies, success metrics, and risk management
Lead client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions
Monitor account performance, proactively resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Enhance account management processes and client communication standards to ensure scalability and consistency
Provide structured client feedback to Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement
Requirements
3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role (iGaming experience preferred)
Experience in managing and developing relationships with B2B clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Adaptability, client-centric mindset, and strong relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value to clients
Knowledge of crypto processing is an advantage
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions and data
Fluent English, Russian is a plus
