And currently we are looking for a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our Affiliate Department and help drive the growth of our affiliate program iGaming vertical.

📌 Responsibilities:
- Create and manage tasks in the CRM system;
- Reactivation of the webmaster database;
- Help in chat with partners to quickly resolve emerging issues;
- Daily analysis and tracking of key traffic indicators.

📌 Hard skills:
- Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to work with them;
- Understanding how different traffic sources work (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, UAC, in-app and etc);
- Understanding basic metrics and traffic analytics (CPA, ROI, ROMI, CR, LTV, Retention and ect);
- Understanding the principles of affiliate marketing and affiliate programs.

- Communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people;
- The ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes;
- Ability to plan your time and manage tasks;
- The ability to self-study and master new tools and platforms;
- Stress tolerance and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations;
- Team spirit and willingness to help colleagues;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

🏆 Work conditions:
- Work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta, Serbia;
