Founded 2013 in Latvia (EU) as a UAV mission planning and flight control start-up, the company has evolved from a developer of a single flagship product (UgCS) to a market leader of multiple drone solutions. Today, the company boasts a rich global customer and reseller network in 150+ countries. To provide high-quality solutions for UAV professionals, SPH Engineering's team advances four key product lines:

-UgCS: Mission planning and flight control software

-Integrated Systems (IS): Airborne integrated systems with sensors from diverse manufacturers

-Drone Show Technologies (DST): Software to manage drone swarm flights

-Customer Development

🧩Responsibilities:

-Build, launch, and maintain the company’s websites in Webflow;

-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement campaign pages, content updates, and new website features;

-Ensure websites are technically optimized for SEO;

-Translate Figma or UX/UI design files into fully functional, pixel-perfect Webflow pages;

-Manage website content updates while maintaining design consistency and brand guidelines;

-Test, debug, and resolve issues across browsers and devices;

-Integrate Webflow sites with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, automation platforms).

📀Requirements:

-Proven experience of minimum 3 years building and managing large-scale sites in Webflow (portfolio required);

-Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and web standards;

-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for custom interactions when needed;

-Proficiency in website testing, debugging, and optimization for mobile devices.

-Experience with SEO best practices and website performance optimization;

-Experience of website integration with various marketing or e-commerce tools (CRM, Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify etc.);

-Strong communication and collaboration skills;

-English: minimum B1+ (written and spoken); Russian: a plus.

🚀Nice-to-have:

-Experience with CRO (conversion rate optimization);

-Basic graphic design or motion design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
