Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that is clear, consistent, and engaging. Your work will help ensure that our users, partners, and internal teams can easily understand and make the most of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for clarity, and the ability to turn technical information into meaningful communication, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, system guides, and product documentation.

• Ensure all documentation is always up to date with the latest product versions and features.

• Manage and track document versions using documentation management tools.

• Adapt content for different audiences: end users, administrators, and developers.

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product managers to collect information.

• Ensure consistent terminology, tone, and documentation style across systems.

Required skills and qualifications

Hard skills

• Proven experience in preparing technical documentation and manuals.

• Fluent communication in English (while excellent writing skills are mandatory), Russian will be a plus

• Ability to transform complex technical information into clear and accessible content.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple documents.

• Hands-on experience with documentation tools (Notion preferred).

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and software development.

• Understanding of UX and user needs in documentation.
