System Analyst

B2Tech is seeking a System Analyst with a passion for data science and a strong background in business and system analysis.

OUR IMPACT:

• Conduct end-to-end business and system analysis, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

• Design and optimize data models, ensuring robust database architecture using SQL Server, MongoDB, and SingleStore.

• Leverage data science tools and techniques to build predictive models and generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and integrate business flows into microservices and distributed systems.

• Work with messaging and streaming platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ to handle large-scale data flows.

• Develop and document APIs (REST, OpenAPI, AsyncAPI) to communicate with external integrations/providers.

• Solve complex business and technical problems within domains like wallet, gaming, and promotion services.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst with hands-on development expertise.

• Strong SQL and database management skills across multiple platforms.

• Practical experience with microservices and event-driven design concepts, with the ability to write production-ready code.

• Familiarity with modern architectures, microservices, and API design.

• Experience working with big data ecosystems and distributed systems.

• A passion for continuous learning, with a completed 5-month intensive data science course (500-600 lines of code per week).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
