System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Belgrade and help us build and maintain the infrastructure behind our next-gen AAA sports title.

If you love keeping systems secure, stable, and fast — and get a kick out of a perfectly configured VPN or spotting a vulnerability — we’d love to meet you.

What you will be working on:

• Administer and support Windows/Linux servers and workstations including 1C, Active Directory, FTP, VPN.

• Administer network infrastructure: network routes, Firewall rules, network hardware.

• Automate routine tasks with scripts, templates, and policies.

• Enforce security policies: MFA, GPO, encryption, backups, alerting & logging.

• Respond to incidents and track vulnerabilities.

• Support users remotely, maintain equipment, manage IT inventory.

• Document systems, policies, and internal procedures.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.

• Confident in Windows/Linux, VPN, routing, and firewall configuration.

• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Bash), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).

• Experience with backup systems and recovery procedures.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
