Senior Graphic Designer

We’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty marketing team. Someone who’s comfortable working from a clear brief, but also brings in original ideas and owns them – so we’re not relying on just one creative brain (our lead’s) for every breakthrough.

You’ll join daily mini-brainstorms, work with cutting-edge AI tools, and help us keep our visuals sharp, current and scroll-stopping.

Responsibilities

1. Design ad creatives, banners, social media visuals, and simple motion teasers.
2. Use AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, Runway, etc.) to boost speed, originality, and output.
3. Develop reusable templates and style guides to streamline production;
4. Identify emerging visual trends → turn them into actionable ideas.
5. Collaborate closely with our motion designers and marketing design lead.
6. Deliver 4-5 creative packs per week, including 1-2 quick iterations per day when needed.

Requirements

1. 4+ years in digital/social media design.
2. Pro-level skills in Figma/PS.
3. Hands-on experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, ComfyUI, Kling, Runway).
4. Basic After Effects skills (simple animations, slideshows).
5. Strong portfolio of creatives that performed well – not just looked good.
6. Bonus points: understanding of ASO creatives / SMM experience.
