Senior Business System Analyst – Construction
Hybrid or Remote from Serbia
Acumatica is a US-based product company and cloud ERP leader. We’re expanding our team in Serbia and looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with strong ERP and construction domain experience.
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and customers to gather and structure requirements
• Create functional specs and support development teams
• Perform acceptance testing and troubleshoot customer issues
• Demonstrate new features and gather feedback
• Help shape and manage the product backlog
🔹 Requirements:
• 5+ years in system/business analysis and functional specs creation
• ERP experience is a must
• Strong domain knowledge in Construction
• Higher technical education
• Understanding of SDLC and software design principles
• Technical writing and analytical skills
• English: intermediate+
🔹 Nice to have:
• Experience in ERP-like or lifecycle-maintained products
• Past hands-on experience in software development
