Senior Blockchain Developer — Launch Custom L2 Network

We're looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join us at an early stage and help build a custom Layer-2 blockchain network based on Arbitrum Orbit, Avalanche Subnets, or other modern frameworks.

This is a high-impact role with strong technical ownership — you'll shape core architecture and work hands-on with network infrastructure from the ground up.

 Responsibilities:

• Contribute to choosing and shaping the chain architecture (optimistic rollup, subnet, etc.).

• Set up foundational infrastructure (testnet / DevNet / MVP).

• Deploy and manage core components — nodes, sequencers, bridges, etc.

• Ensure EVM compatibility and customize gas/token models as needed.

• Help maintain DevOps, monitoring, and security processes.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with blockchain infrastructure (beyond smart contracts).

• Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM internals.

• Hands-on exposure to one or more frameworks such as:

  • Arbitrum Orbit

  • Avalanche Subnets

  • Others (L2 frameworks)

• Proficient in Solidity, plus at least one of: Go, Rust, TypeScript.

• Familiarity with infrastructure tooling: CI/CD, observability, cloud environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of rollup architectures (optimistic, zk).

• Experience working on or launching custom networks.

• Background in zero-knowledge systems, cryptography, or custom VMs.
